CHEF WILLIAM, has always inspired others through his love for food and the culinary arts. He has had the pleasure of serving many notable individuals throughout his Twenty-Five year career span. General Colin Powell, First Lady Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, King of Jordan, Jodi Foster, and Sandra Bullock –just to name a few.
Chef William, established himself as one of the leading culinary professionals in the military by creating unforgettable dining experiences for military officials, heads of state, and foreign dignitaries while working as Executive Chef to Generals of the Armed Forces.
As a top chef, he has worked in practically every aspect of food service and catering. However, it was his skilled ability to serve distinguished individuals that led him to the position of Sous Chef at Motion Pictures in Washington, DC. This position afforded him the opportunity to create that same level of dining experiences for hollywood executives, directors, actors/actresses, and entertainers alike.
Upon retiring after 22 years of Military service, Chef William subsequently relocated to Atlanta and launched his own catering company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia along with his wife Kimberly, as an outlet to continue his passion for creating “top notch” dining experiences.
Chef William formally trained in the Culinary Arts while on active-duty in the Military. He majored in Food Service Management at the University of Maryland and received his Advanced Culinary Arts Certification from Stratford University in Virginia. -He lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife an two sons.
