DROP-OFF SERVICE

 

  • When your event calls for more of a casual setting…drop-off catering is the way to go!  We will deliver and set-up your food in disposable caterware approximately One hour before the start of your event. All drop-off orders include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. Ice and cups are also included when beverages are ordered.     –Delivery service charges will apply. 

SERVICE EXPRESS

 

  • When you want to create the mirage of full service….service express is the way to go!  We will deliver your food, set-up a beautiful buffet with our linen, table decor, stainless-steel chaffing dishes, serving utensils, ceramic platters, bowls, platters, candles, and risers.  We come back after the event (at a mutually agreed upon time) and pick-up everything.  Maximum of 75 guests.  –18% service charge will apply.

FULL SERVICE

 

  • When you want the “top notch” experience…full-service catering is the way to go!  Full Service includes service staff, set-up/breakdown, beautiful buffet set-up with floor-length buffet table linens, buffet centerpiece, candles, stainless-steel Chaffing dishes, ceramic platters, bowls, serving utensils, plates, cutlery, napkins, cups and ice. –20% gratuity will apply.

EXTRA HANDS SERVICE

 

  • When you need a little help but not to the extent of full service.....our extra-hands service is the way to go! Our service staff is available for add-on to drop-off or service express catering for set-up/breakdown, wait staff, banquet servers or bartenders.  -Hourly fees will apply (4 hr minimum).

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE

 

  • When you want to create an intimate  setting....our private chef service is the way to go!  Our private chefs will design a personal menu that complements your occasion, prepare the meal on-site using his/her tools of the trade and set a Chef’s table to create an unforgettable dining experience.  —Chef service charge and gratuity will apply.
