EXPLANATION OF SERVICE LEVELS

Drop-off service is the way to go when your event calls for a more casual setting. !  We will deliver and set-up your food in disposable caterware approximately One hour before the start of your event. All drop-off orders include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. Cups and ice are also included when beverages are ordered.     –Delivery service charges will apply. 

Service Express is the way to go when you want to create a mirage of a full-service event.  We will deliver your food, set-up buffet-style with a beautiful tablescape with our linen, stainless-steel chafferss, serving utensils, ceramic platters, bowls,  candles, and risers.  We come back after the event (at a mutually agreed upon time) and pick-up everything.   a  Maximum of 75 guests for this service.  –Service charges will apply.

Full-service is the way to go when you want the complete culinary and event experience. Our top-notch service  includes set-up/breakdown, service staff,  buffet-style set-up with everything needed to create a  beautiful tablescape for food and beverage stations. Also includes Fineline disposable plates, cutlery, cand napkins and ice.  -China service upgrade is available. –Gratuity charges will apply.

Bar Service is the way to go when you want a one-stop shop catered experience. Our bartenders are ServeSafe Alcohol , TIPS certified and trained to deliver top-notch service.  4-hrs of bartender service, bar linens, tools, serving equipment, garnish, mixers, cooling and serving ice. -9oz cocktail cups, stirrers and napkins are also included.  Customer's may supply all alcohol to be served or ask about our shop service.

Banquet Attendants is the way to go when you are in need of some extra-hands during your event, but not to the extent of full service.  Our ServSafe-certified servers are available for add-on to drop-off or service express catering.  -Hourly fees will apply (4 hr minimum).
