Generally, the event team will package up any leftovers for you to take with you at the end of your event. However, there are some cases to where food must be discarded. The Event Manager will be aware of these circumstances and handle accordingly.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and time . The balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event. Your applicable policy will be disclosed on your Invoice and on any required service agreement .
The number of service staff we allocate is determined by such factors as type of foods being served, and level of the event production. As a general rule we allocate 1 server per 30 guests.
Some of our Buffet packages include the buffet table linens. If not included, we can provide the buffet table linens at a cost of $22 per linen. Additionally, our buffet tables rent for $15.00 each. Rental fees included set-up and breakdown.
The service staff is the ones responsible for setting up and managing your event, This could include loading and unloading equipment, setting up your food stations, replenishing, Clearing tables, trash removable, keeping food area tidy, cake cutting, packaging left-overs, and breakdown. The service staff may also extend courtesy tasks to ensure you and your guest have a seamless experience.
