We offer various levels of service from casual drop-off to full-service catering. Please see our explanation of service levels page to determine which service may be best for your event.
Our executive chef and his culinary-trained team are highly skilled at offer a variety of cuisines including American, Southern Classics, Italian, Mexican, and more! . Our event consultants can help you pair the right meal for your specific event. We also make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences based on the needs of your event.
Our prices vary depending on the number of guests, and menu selection. Contact us to get a personalized quote for your specific event.
Generally, the event team will package up any leftovers for you to take with you at the end of your event unless otherwise instructed. However, there are some cases to where food must be discarded.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and time . The balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event. Your applicable policy will be disclosed on your Invoice and on any required service agreement .
The number of service staff we allocate to an event is determined by such factors as the type of foods being served, and level of the event production. As a general rule to industry standards we allocate 1 server per 30 guests for buffet-style service.
Some of our Buffet packages include the buffet table linens. If not included, we can provide the buffet table linens at a cost of $25 per linen. Additionally, our buffet tables can be rented for $15.00 each. Rental fees included set-up and breakdown.
The service staff is the ones responsible for setting up and managing your event, This may include loading and unloading equipment, setting up your food stations, replenishing, clearing tables, trash removable, keeping food area tidy, cake cutting, packaging left-overs, and breakdown. The service staff may also extend courtesy tasks to ensure you and your guest have a seamless experience.
